1956 Ford Fairlane 73C Town Sedan Displacement: 4785cm3/292 in³ Power: 292 HP Weight: 1780 kg Engine Overhead Valve 90 Y, 8 cylinder Thunderbird radial tires Length: 195.5 inches (504.19 cm) Width: 75.9 inches (192.79 cm) Extras: front fog lights, air conditioning, aluminum radiator and electric ignition. Story: The car was used as a normal car for the first 15 years. It was then sold to a film studio, where it stood in the hall of the studio for over 32 years and was used in films. It was imported to the Netherlands in 2020 after the engine was fully restored in America. Here in the Netherlands it has undergone a few more improvements. We bought it in June 2021. The interior is still completely original, just like the blue exterior paint. |
