Information

It is a 1937 Chrysler six DeLuxe, in fact a original rebadged Plymouth P4 , sold as a rolling Chrysler chassis to Europe , and equipped with a Swiss bodywork from Tüscher & Co.

A matching numbers, extremely rare survivor As far as I know the only remaining 2 door versions of a dozen built Chryslers in 1937, a unique collector's car, the only one known in the world.

Only 750 Km. since major overhaul, new woodgraining, new chrome, new rubbers, new convertible top, overhaul brake system, recent complete engine overhaul, new exhaust, overhaul carburetor, new electrical wiring as original, but with extra fuses for security reason,

Running boards with new original vulcanized rubber patterns, good working 1937 American Bosch tube radio, smooth overdrive, new radiator, good working heater, windshield from triplle safety glass, etc. hundreds of pictures of all the activities available.

Chassis number 10171420 engine number P4*64337*

The Rolling Chassis with vin number 10171420 was built in Detroit on Tuesday December 1, 1936 and later on shipped to carrosserie Tüscher & Co in the Hardturmstrasse in Zürich ( Swiss ) for a coachbuild 2 door 4 seater convertible body.

The car was sold by dealer Epper in Luzern (Lucerne, Switzerland),

Both companies, Epper and Tüscher are still in business.

This 1937 Chrysler Six Deluxe has a 3 speed gearbox with a original Borg Warner overdrive, additional heating and a American Bosch model 536B tube radio.

Under the hood, on the left side you can still see the World War II confiscate number 203853.
